I find the work your team does by hand, then ship software that does it.

I'm Hayyan, a forward-deployed AI engineer. I embed with operations teams and build the agents, integrations and internal tools that take repetitive work off their plate. Everything on this page is live and running for a real business.

Built for
  • Sierra Log & Timber
  • Elotes
  • Home Movers Express

Selected work

Three businesses, three very different operations. In each one I started by watching how the work actually got done.

Sierra Log & Timber — Log-home packages, Chico, California

One operating system for a log-home business

A small team was running sales, quoting, ads, email and two online stores across GoHighLevel, Shopify, Instantly, Google Ads, Dropbox and WordPress. Everything between those tools happened by hand, and nobody had one view of the business.

What I built

  • Command

The internal hub: leads, pipeline, outreach, ads, orders, labor and drawings in one place, synced with every outside tool on a schedule.

  • VISION

Claude labels roughly 20,000 build photos by room, stage and material so sales can find the right picture in seconds. Public copies are blurred and watermarked automatically.

  • DIGIT

A builder photographs a handwritten takeoff on a yard sheet or a scrap of lumber, and gets back a clean Excel, Word or PDF materials list.

  • Action Planner

A public planner that lays out the 10 phases of a log-home build from two dates, with an AI plan generator. Ships to the web, iOS and Android.

  • Takeoff engine

A Python service that reads CAD drawings, measures every wall from the geometry and stores it for pricing, so estimates start from the drawing instead of a tape measure.

  • MCP server

Lets the team run the company task board from Claude, so asking for a status update or filing a task happens in plain English.

Built with Next.js, Supabase Postgres, Claude API, Gemini, Python + PostGIS, Shopify, Vercel

Khata — Restaurants and kiosks, Pakistan

A till anyone in the shop can run, even offline

It started with Elotes, a food kiosk that tracked sales on paper. Off-the-shelf POS systems assumed a stable connection, English-speaking staff and card payments, and none of those were a given.

  • Offline-first till

Sales, receipts and the kitchen screen keep working with no connection and sync to the back office when it returns.

  • WhatsApp receipts

Customers get their receipt on WhatsApp through Meta's Cloud API, and owners can run campaigns to past customers.

  • Three languages

Every screen works in English, Urdu (right to left) and Roman Urdu, so new staff learn it in one shift.

Built with React PWA, IndexedDB, Next.js, Supabase, WhatsApp Cloud API, ESC/POS printing

Home Movers Express — Moving company, Greater Houston

Instant, locked moving quotes instead of phone tag

Every price meant a phone call. Customers had to wait for a callback before they knew what their move would cost, and many never called back.

  • Online estimator

Customers enter the route and room-by-room inventory and get an itemized price, priced on real driving miles and held for 14 days.

  • Pricing rule engine

Versioned rules turn inventory into crew, hours and price, backed by a test corpus so a rate change can't quietly break quotes.

  • Owner admin

Rates, catalog and questions change through draft, preview and publish. Every lead keeps its estimate history and email delivery status.

Built with Next.js, Supabase, Clerk, Google Maps, PDF generation, Vercel BotID

How an engagement runs

Forward-deployed means I work inside your operation, not from a spec handed over a wall. Most projects follow the same four steps.

  1. 1

    Sit with the team

    Week 1

I start where the work happens: the inbox, the spreadsheet, the phone calls. I watch how a quote, an order or a job actually moves through the business before I write any code.

  2. 2

    Find the expensive steps

    Week 1–2

Every operation has a few steps that eat hours, cause errors or wait on one person. I map them, price them, and pick the one worth fixing first.

  3. 3

    Ship into the real workflow

    Weeks 2–6

I build the tool, agent or integration inside the systems your team already uses, and release it in small pieces so people use it from the first week.

  4. 4

    Hand it over running

    Ongoing

You get documented code, monitoring, and a team that knows how to use it. I stay on for fixes and the next step on the list if you want me to.

What I build

I work with AI the way I ask clients to: agents write much of the code, under specs, tests and review. That's how one engineer shipped 1,690 commits for a single client in eleven weeks.

Day-to-day stack TypeScript, Next.js, React, Python, Postgres, Supabase, Claude API, Gemini, MCP, Vercel, Shopify, Playwright

  • AI inside your workflow

Claude and Gemini doing real jobs: reading handwritten sheets, labeling thousands of photos, drafting content in your voice, planning projects. Each one has cost caps, validation and a human checkpoint where it matters.

  • Agents and MCP servers

Give your team Claude with access to your own systems, so they can ask for a pipeline update or file a task in plain English instead of clicking through five tools.

    Sierra task-board MCP server

  • Integrations and syncs

Your CRM, store, ad accounts, inbox and spreadsheets talking to each other on a schedule, with audit trails, so nobody copies data between tabs again.

GoHighLevel, Shopify, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel

  • Internal tools

Ops hubs, back offices and admin panels designed around how your team works, with draft-and-publish flows so owners can change things without calling a developer.

    Sierra Command, Khata back office

  • Customer-facing automation

Instant quotes, planners, configurators and calculators that answer the questions your team used to answer on the phone, and capture the lead while they do it.

  • Built for the real world

Offline-first apps for shaky connections, right-to-left languages, receipt printers, iOS and Android builds. Software that fits the place it's used.

What does your team still do by hand?

Send me a message with the process that eats the most time each week. I'll reply with how I'd approach it and whether it's worth automating. No forms, no sales call to book.
